1. Purpose

Algoritmos Digitales is a Mexican custom software development company (web, mobile apps, cybersecurity and digital marketing). The Site is for informational and business-contact purposes; it does not constitute a binding offer or an online purchase process.

2. Use of the Site

By using the Site you agree to:

• Use it in accordance with the law, public morality and public order.
• Not engage in activities that damage, overload, disable or compromise the security of the Site or its systems.

Services are contracted through a specific proposal and agreement between the parties via our contact channels (email, phone or WhatsApp). Any payment is made off-Site through the means agreed upon in each case.

The Site may contain links to, or integrate, third-party services (for example, Google reCAPTCHA, WhatsApp messaging or automation tools). Algoritmos Digitales does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties; their use is governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
